Embodiment
The final stage of identity change, where a new self-image stops feeling like effort and simply becomes who you are.
Embodiment is the point at which the ENGINE Method is complete: the behaviour is no longer a decision you make but a description of the person you've become.
It's the stage where discipline disappears — not because you got tougher, but because the action no longer contradicts your identity and so requires no forcing.
