An identity whose adoption naturally pulls many other behaviours into alignment, making broad change more efficient.
A keystone identity is chosen for leverage: rather than changing habits one at a time, you adopt a single identity that carries a whole cluster of behaviours with it.
The right keystone makes downstream habits feel obvious instead of effortful, because they're simply what that kind of person does.
