Identity Vote

The idea that every small action counts as a vote for the identity that action belongs to.

An identity vote reframes behaviour change as an ongoing election rather than a single decisive win. Each time you act, you cast a vote for the version of yourself that action represents.

Because votes are cast by frequency, small repeatable actions outperform rare heroic ones — and a single missed day is one lost vote, not a lost election.
