Evidence Loop

The mechanism by which small actions become proof that reshapes self-image over time.

An evidence loop is where identity change actually happens. Each action you take is logged by the mind as evidence about who you are, and that evidence updates the self-image, which then produces more of the same action.

The most effective way to change an identity is to deliberately generate evidence for the new one — small, undeniable actions the loop can't argue with.
